Oil irrigation. When olive oil or baby oil is warmed and put inside the ear, it can make the earwax soft making it easy to get rid of the wax. A person should pour a small amount of the war oil in their ear using an eye dropper. The irrigation process is done using a bulb syringe after the oil is in the ear. This process should be repeated two times each day for seven days. To confirm that the ear is cleared of all debris, they can clean their ear over a sink or seek assistance from someone that can hold a dish under their ear to collect the dirt. However, if the person squirts the oil into the ear using force, they might experience temporary dizziness.
